IT Support Engineer - German Market (EMEA)

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our EMEA IT Support team, based in Barcelona, with a strong focus on supporting the German market .

In this role, you will provide high-quality remote IT support to end users across EMEA, acting as a key contact for incidents, requests, and workplace IT needs. You will also be involved in hardware lifecycle management, onboarding of new employees, and collaboration with global IT teams to ensure stable and secure IT services.

This is a hands-on role with visibility, responsibility, and real impact on the daily work of our employees.
