Purpose of the Role

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide web hosting services and technical support for multiple business affiliates across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and CIS regions.

Key Accountabilities

• Provide technical guidance and support to online managers, marketers, promotion managers, and web application stakeholders.
• Install, configure, maintain, and manage Web/WAS software environments.
• Perform application releases, updates, deployments, build processes, and troubleshooting in production environments.
• Manage website information and generate periodic operational reports.
