Provide on-site and remote technical support to users, resolving hardware, software, network, and infrastructure issues.Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, operating systems, and applications to ensure optimal performance.Support and monitor IT infrastructure, networks, and security systems, assisting in troubleshooting and prevention.Manage support tickets and documentation, working independently and in collaboration with the IT team.
