IT Support Specialist
£34,000 – £38,000 + benefits
Hybrid: WFH + 1 day/week Bedford office
S-SA Digital are pleased to be partnering with a leading SaaS company to secure an IT Support Specialist (2nd Line). Its a superb opportunity to Join the internal support team working on nd line Esculations and interal IT Projects.
You’ll bring strong 2nd line capability across:
* Windows Server & Microsoft OS support
* Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
* Azure Entra ID – MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC
* MDM (Intune)
* Microsoft Intune (endpoint management & compliance)
* Networking fundamentals (WAN, firewalls, VPNs)
* Service Desk environments (ITIL-aligned incident & change)
* PC / laptop builds, rebuilds & troubleshooting
* Backup processes, monitoring & system resilience
* On-prem infrastructure & basic data centre support
