About the Role

The role is responsible for providing IT support, including deployment, installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of PCs, laptops, printers, software, and basic network issues. The position involves handling service desk tickets within SLA, performing system formatting/cloning, ensuring regular system maintenance, escalating critical issues when necessary, and delivering quality end-user support.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deploy, install, configure, and pull out PCs, laptops, and printers
  • Provide Level 1 (remote/phone) and Level 2 (on-site) technical support
  • Resolve assigned service desk tickets within agreed SLAs
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and basic network issues
  • Perform PC/laptop formatting, cloning, patching, and system maintenance
  • Assist end-users with standard and specialized applications
