About the Role
Overview
The IT Support Engineer, Associate will be part of the Infor Global Sales team, responsible for delivering exceptional support across team's process and tools, support with testing, tool maintenance in terms of clauses library, procedures, processes, documentation, triage, and ticketing system.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-user support across enterprise applications, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Support with testing and tool maintenance.
- Create, maintain, and enhance SharePoint Online (off-prem) pages/sites for business collaboration.
- Collaborate with IT Support to administer CLM solutions (e.g., ICertis or similar platforms), including user access, workflows, and incident troubleshooting.
