IT SUPPORT ENGINEER

One of our clients in Abu Dhabi is looking for IT Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

·Provide technical support for all IT-related systems and infrastructure both at office and offshore.

•Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, hardware, software, and network devices on vessels and at corporate offices.

•Manage centralized file and application services, including Servers, SAN/NAS, and workstation-level resources on vessels.

•Configure, monitor, and maintain network architectures, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi systems, and network security protocols.

•Hands-on experience with network infrastructure, routing/switching, firewalls, and Wi-Fi deployment

•Administer and support VSAT/FBB satellite communication systems to ensure reliable offshore connectivity.

•Manage servers, email systems, and cloud services such as Microsoft Azure and Office .
