Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on IT professional to manage, optimize, and enhance our internal systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Systems & Infrastructure Management
- Independently learn, manage, and support the company's existing IT systems.
- Ensure day-to-day system stability, availability, and performance to support business operations.
- Diagnose and resolve common technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and operational disruption.
- Coordinate with internal users and external vendors when necessary for system support and maintenance.
- Automation & Process Optimization
- Analyze current workflows in the Sales and Transportation/Logistics departments to improve efficiencies.
- Reduce manual and repetitive tasks through system enhancements, scripting, or automation tools.
