Be our NEXT TE&S – User IT Support Analyst !

• Provide first and second level user support through email, phone and ticketing tools, ensuring timely assistance and issue resolution;

• Analyze, monitor and improve data quality using Excel, SQL and analytical tools, collaborating closely with international teams;

• Track, report and optimize support activities, contributing to process improvement, application efficiency and user satisfaction;

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in user support or similar roles;

• Fluent French is mandatory; good level of English is desirable;
