Job Summary:

The Network Engineer ensures availability and reliability of any equipment categorized by data center components, computers, network components not limited to servers, storage, network and router equipment in the medical center. This includes management of infrastructure security, server load balancers, web application firewall. Including upstream, providers, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Resolves and manages complex support cases to enable fast resolution that exceeds our users' expectations.
• Configure networks to ensure their smooth and reliable operation for fulfilling business objectives and processes.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot problem areas as needed.
• Ensure network connectivity of all servers, workstations, telephony equipment, and other network appliances.
