About the Role
An IT Specialist is responsible for the installation, maintenance, management, and troubleshooting of the Hi-Precision Diagnostic Center technology systems used to maintain computer and software networks. Their duties include responding to problems in IT infrastructure.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4 Years Computer course
- Preferably with a minimum of 1 year relevant working experience
- Working knowledge in Windows Operating systems
- Network knowledge
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Good organization, time management, and prioritization
- Efficient troubleshooting abilities
- Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing, and active listening
