Own day-to-day IT support. Fix issues fast. Keep systems clean and secure.
What you’ll do
Resolve Tier 1–2 tickets (Windows, Mac, Microsoft 365)
Manage access (Active Directory, Azure AD, SSO tools)
Troubleshoot VPN, network, and remote connectivity issues
Run onboarding/offboarding (accounts, devices, permissions)
Administer Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Maintain endpoint security, patches, and updates
Track tickets and hit SLA targets (clear ownership)
Must-haves
2+ years IT support (helpdesk or systems support)
Microsoft 365 admin experience
Active Directory and Azure AD hands-on
VPN and remote troubleshooting experience
Windows and Mac support
Fluent English and Spanish
