Position Description
CGI Malaysia is seeking an experienced IT Solution Analyst to bridge business needs and technology delivery for a client's application landscape. You will gather and clarify requirements, translate them into functional and technical specifications, and partner with delivery teams to design, build, test and support high-quality solutions across the software development lifecycle.

Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
Facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders to confirm scope, assumptions, dependencies and acceptance criteria.
Document end-to-end processes, user journeys, and data flows; identify gaps, risks and impacts across systems.
Specifications & Delivery Support
Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and Technical Specification Documents (TSD).
