Key Responsibilities:

Requirements & Solution Definition

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders to confirm scope, assumptions, dependencies and acceptance criteria.
• Document end-to-end processes, user journeys, and data flows; identify gaps, risks and impacts across systems.

Specifications & Delivery Support

• Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and Technical Specification Documents (TSD).
• Collaborate with developers and architects to produce solution designs, interface specifications and data mappings.
• Support project delivery activities including estimation inputs, planning, change requests and release readiness.
