· Enforce the corporate policies and procedures, and maintain and enforce the highest standards of security as set out by the corporation.

· Oversee all IT related activities within the sites to ensure satisfactory and timely responses as required

· Oversee the work progress of the teams and provide direction and assignments as required. This includes encouragement of growth, adequate training and team leadership guidance.

· Receive calls from other Site System Support personnel for assistance, installations, general maintenance and take the appropriate action.

· Work with other Production Service associates, Managers and Directors in developing short and long-term strategic projects as they related to IT.

· Provide direct support to the sites as necessary and required; plan, organize and coordinate daily schedules for all site based activities, where necessary.
