About the Role
Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer satisfaction by analysing questions/complaints and preventing future issues;
- Coordinate with close teams for the development and optimization of the service;
- Client follow-up meetings with the necessary information;
- Coordinate with product areas to ensure alignment of the service, including the definition of requirements, reporting, applicability of the appropriate business model, and follow-up until production deployment;
- Define necessary service reporting, ensure update needs, and monitor daily service KPIs.
