About the Role

Ignite are looking to hear from experienced Service Desk Analysts and Desktop Support Technicians for one of our government clients.

Location: Canberra (Interstate applicants will be considered)
Duration: ASAP until March 2024 with extension possibilities.
Citizenship Requirements: Must be Australian Citizen - A minimum baseline clearance is mandatory

Responsibilities: 
  • Incident management & request fulfillment for the client's end user devices.
  • Manage queues via cutting-edge service management tool.
  • Windows OS & Office 365 admin with troubleshooting prowess.
  • Provide face-to-face user support including VIP staff.
  • Contribute to Knowledge Base development.
  • Collaborate with Tier 1 & 3 teams for comprehensive solutions.
