About the Role
Ignite are looking to hear from experienced Service Desk Analysts and Desktop Support Technicians for one of our government clients.
Location: Canberra (Interstate applicants will be considered)
Duration: ASAP until March 2024 with extension possibilities.
Citizenship Requirements: Must be Australian Citizen - A minimum baseline clearance is mandatory
Desktop Support Technician x15 :

Responsibilities: Incident management & request fulfillment for the client's end user devices. Manage queues via cutting-edge service management tool. Windows OS & Office 365 admin with troubleshooting prowess. Provide face-to-face user support including VIP staff. Contribute to Knowledge Base development.
