About the Role

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Management of service requests and evolving requests;
- Ensuring the registration and prioritization of service requests;
- Management of conflicts between requests;
- Formal delivery of the respective requests to all environments.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Management or similar;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Service Delivery Management;
- Previous experience working with distributed software systems.;
- Knowledge of software management cycles;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
