About the Role

PRTR’s IT Team is looking for an experienced IT Manager specializing in Omni-channel, E-commerce setup, and scaling to support one of our local clients. You’ll be responsible for coordinating with different IT teams to lay out the architecture and planning to scale their existing online platform.
Scope:
Overseeing the scaling of the e-commerce platform.
Creating e-commerce planning and strategy.
Handling consultation and IT Solution assessment, reporting, and selection.
Researching new technology that can be introduced to expand the functionality of the e-commerce platform and IT landscape.
Mapping integration with existing IT Landscape to maximize productivity.
Testing and Quality assurance of new Ecommerce solutions.
Handling operations and maintenance.
Creating budgeting and resource management.
Creating system improvement and long-term development.
