IT Retail & CRM Project Manager

In line with the region's strategy,youdefine and manage the roadmap for the deployment ofthe ORACLEPOS (ORIONprogram),Clienteling(MyBoutiqueApp), CRM (Pioneerproject) and any other Retail-CRM applications for countries in the region (ACET(After-sales,InChanel,Tallyfi,Prodco,MyInventoryApp, etc.).​In collaboration with other regions and Global teams.​

You autonomously manage all stages related to the implementation of new projects, from contract negotiation, drafting functional and technical specifications, schedule management, and testing,includingthe support.​

You master the features of Retail-CRM tools and ensure the technical and functional consistency of the Omnichannel Retail-CRM-Digital ecosystem, including eCommerce ONE solutions, which are also a touchpoint for Pioneer, the Global Chanel Customer Data Base.​
