About the role
The purpose of the IT Recruitment Consultant role is to provide suitably qualified candidates for Exclaim IT client roles and to work in partnership with our Canberra team, and administrative staff, to reach set team goals.
Key responsibilities
- Finding and closing candidates with specific skill sets on roles identified by the sales team.
- Of primary accountability in this role is the search and selection of candidates for assigned roles briefings, and in collaboration with Account Managers, the optimisation of placement conversion in relation to the overall roles worked.
- Gathering leads on possible live roles from candidates and passing these on to the Sales team.
