Source Code is a global STEM consultingand workforce solutions firm that works 100's of large enterprise clients withinGovernment, Health Care, Banking/Finance, and Technologysectors.

Most of our team is based out of Toronto, but we service clients globally.

Responsibilities

• Assist in candidate sourcing through various channels.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand client requirements and contribute to the recruitment strategy.
• Learn and utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and recruitment activities.
• Develop strong relationships with candidates and assist in managing client relationships.

Must Have

• 1+ years of IT recruitment
