**Requirements**:- Experience working for **Nearshoring**firms in LATAM **(3+ years)**as a Tech Recruiter.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Profiling/Resume writing.
- Experience with sourcing and screening for IT profiles.
- Advanced English skills (C1).
**Nice to have**:- Account Management/ Social Media Management / Client relationship.
