End-to-end recruitment for IT/Technical roles
Sourcing candidates through Naukri, Linked In, Indeed, and other portals
Screening resumes and conducting initial HR interviews
Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
Following up for feedback and offer discussions
Maintaining recruitment trackers and reports
Achieving hiring targets within defined timelines
