Compulsory Requirement: Minimum 1 Year Experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring
Salary Structure:
Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 + Performance Incentives of ₹5,000 - ₹15,000 per month based on successful placements
Work Arrangement:
Work from Home
Advantage:
Prior experience working with IT staffing agencies or tech companies
Language Preference - English, Hindi, Tamil/Kannada
