Job Description:
The IT QA Project Coordinators will be responsible for the following:
- Provide support/assistance to business users related to IT applications
- Gather IT requirements of business users (New Request or Enhancement)
- Communicate system requirements with the IT Programmers
- Execute test scripts and document system testing results
- Coordinate system deployment within the organization
- Generate reports based on the company internal data and provide process improvements / innovative ideas to optimize the operation of the company
- Monitors in-flight projects and ensure that it is implemented on time
