About the Role

 Ergo are seeking an  IT QA Manager  for an initial 6 month  contract  with a semi-state client.
 You will be responsible for developing and testing a new online system and will ideally have some experience with  MS Dynamics .
 Candidates must have 5 years in a Test Management role and relevant professional certification in Testing (e.g.  ISTQB ).
 This is a  hybrid  role based in Dublin.
  What will you do? 
 Develop, own and manage the IT Quality Assurance & User Test Plan - including scope; approach; entry / exit criteria across all phases; RACI; risks etc
 Develop the IT Quality Assurance strategy and approach, based on industry best practice
 Develop detailed IT User test plans for the business services impacted by the Programme
 Work closely with the Business Lead; Technical Lead; Business Analyst and Subject Matter Experts to understand the requirements and desired...
