Summary of Position

Blach Construction is seeking a versatile and proactive IT Project Specialist to join our collaborative and agile IT team. This hybrid role blends hands‑on IT project management with first‑ and second‑level technical support, Microsoft Exchange administration, and business systems support. The ideal candidate will be energized by working across multiple functional areas—including Construction Operations, HR, Finance, and Preconstruction—while helping to implement technical solutions and provide outstanding user support. The role requires strong organizational skills, service orientation, and the ability to manage both structured projects and urgent day‑to‑day needs.
