IT Project Specialist

Overview

• Minimum Diploma in IT or a related field and relevant project management certificates.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT Project/PMO support.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP HCM and project management tools (e.g., MS Project). Additional experience in ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and Microsoft 365 will be advantageous.
• Background in SCM, Airlines, Logistics, Retail, or Manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.

Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Scrum Master (at least one required)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support project planning, milestone tracking, and progress reporting across concurrent initiatives.
• Maintain project documentation, risk registers, issue logs, and action trackers in line with dnata standards.
