IT Project Manager

On behalf of our client, an international operator of wireless telecommunications and broadcasting infrastructure, we are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join their growing team in Warsaw. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex, cross-functional software development projects in a dynamic telco environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects (integration, migration, customization) for internal systems (BSS, CRM, Billing, OSS)
• Oversee the full project lifecycle – from planning to implementation
• Identify and manage project risks and priorities
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, quality standards, and costs
• Supervise the analysis of system requirements and business processes
• Collaborate closely with development, business, and operational teams
