IT Project Manager

Project Manager will act as administrator of projects related to the following processes:

Analysis Phase Identified Activities:

Project Charter, Project Plan, Project Organization (RACI), work

breakdown structure.

Project Coordinator Deliverables:

• Consolidation of details on the project to incorporate to the project charter.

• Submit draft of the project charter for sign off.

• Elicit and consolidate details on roles and responsibility of

business group that will be involved in the project to build the

RACI that will be a basis for the project organization structure.

• Collating reports to chart progress and to address any possible or persisting issues.

• Assist in the facilitation of the planning activities across multiple business group involve in the project to build a project plan and detailed work brake down structure.
