IT Project Manager

We are looking for a
IT Project Manager / Business Analysis
to help drive IT and digital initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who excels in documentation, requirements gathering, and project delivery, and can effectively bridge business and technology.

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in
  Project Management
  , including managing IT or digital projects end-to-end.
• Strong
  understanding of Business Analysis
  , including requirements gathering, process documentation, and workflows.
• Excellent documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience in
  Agile / Scrum
  methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project) is a plus.
• Experience in
  insurance, finance, or related industries
  is an advantage but not mandatory.
