IT Project Manager

Job Description
Responsible for the end-to-end eliciting, articulating, and analyzing business requirements of a technology project, including providing recommendations for process improvements. Additionally, assist the project owner in clearly defining the project business benefits.
Minimum Qualifications
At least 5 years experience in IT or a related field and 3 years experience as IT Business Analyst handling medium-scale IT projects.
Successfully and consistently delivered quality business analyst outputs (BRDs, BPAs, FR, etc.) for at least 4 small to medium-scale IT projects (around 3-6 months).
Demonstrated proficiency in at least two functional domains (e.g., Finance, HCM, Supply Chain, EAM, Billing, etc.) and engaged diverse stakeholders. Independently applies skills and judgment within guidelines to complete assignments.
Having Leadership Experience is an advantage
Graduate of any four-year college course, preferably Industrial Engineering
