About the Role
Plans, organizes and directs operations related to ongoing projects IN ORDER TO ensure goals and objectives are being kept and projects are running as planned. Coordinates projects, schedules, tracks the progress of projects and reports the results.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define the Statement of Work (SOW) and Specifications of the project
- Full project life cycle ownership, by managing over-all project schedules and resources from initiation to deployment
- Monitor milestones and accountable for its completion
- Manage issues and risks within projects in a systematic manner to avoid detrimental effect to the overall project
- Direct the recruitment and selection of project personnel, and also oversee the supplier/partner management to ensure a capable workforce
