Job Description:

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC


*Project summary:


  • Replace current loan management system (LMS) with new package provided by Oracle
  • There are customizations on new package
  • There are integration between new package with surrounding system (SMS, telephony, accounting, mobile app, e-invoice, DWH)
  • Data migrated to new package

    • * Responsibilities as Project Manager:


  • Manage (time, cost, quality, risk) all vendors for the new package setup, customization, deployment and integrate with surrounding systems.
  • Organize key-users work with vendors for business requirements, testing (UAT), training.
  • Report project progress to management, steering committee
  • Planning and work with IT department for smoothly deploy new package to replace current LMS
