Job Description :

Report to: Senior Business Services Manager

• Manage & develop project plan, scope, key stakeholder requirements and report regularly against the project plan to ensure visibility of project progress.
• Ensure project scope and goals meet the region or country’s objectives.
• Manage investment cost, ensure adequate resources are available.
• Obtain agreement to project plans from all sponsors.
• Produce or draft a project budget.
• Ensure business services run properly and efficiently
• Coordinate with global, regional and area team as required.
• Manage vendors and/or suppliers within specified time and budget requirements.
• Assemble project teams as appropriate from both ITS, regional, area and country staff or from outside vendors.
• Monitor the project team to ensure the identified project methodology is adhered to and deliverables are achieved.
