The purpose of the IT Project Manager is to ensure the effective planning, prioritization, and execution of IT projects in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. The role is responsible for coordinating with business and IT stakeholders to manage project scope, resources, timelines, and delivery expectations, ensuring that each initiative contributes measurable value to O‑I.
Responsibilities
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Define project scope and objectives ensuring alignment with business strategy and stakeholder expectations.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocations.
Lead project teams by assigning tasks, providing direction, and ensuring effective collaboration across technical and non-technical groups.
Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial adherence to approved funding.
