IT Procurement Manager

Location: Ortigas

Work Setup: Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days wfh)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute IT sourcing strategies based on market trends, supplier performance, and cost analysis
• Manage the full IT supplier lifecycle, including onboarding, performance monitoring, audits, and offboarding
• Conduct cost modeling, benchmarking, and lead contract negotiations to secure value and quality
• Identify and mitigate supply risks to ensure business continuity
• Collaborate with internal IT and business teams to address procurement needs and improve processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in strategic IT procurement and supplier management
