About the Role
Location: Ortigas
Work Setup: Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days wfh)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute IT sourcing strategies based on market trends, supplier performance, and cost analysis
Manage the full IT supplier lifecycle, including onboarding, performance monitoring, audits, and offboarding
Conduct cost modeling, benchmarking, and lead contract negotiations to secure value and quality
Identify and mitigate supply risks to ensure business continuity
Collaborate with internal IT and business teams to address procurement needs and improve processes
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in strategic IT procurement and supplier management
Strong expertise in cost management, contract negotiation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
Professional procurement or supply chain certifications (CIPS, CPSM) are a plus
