About the Role
ROLE OVERVIEW
Lead and manage all internal IT operations, ensuring secure, efficient, and scalable systems. Direct IT support, cloud infrastructure, and vendors while implementing policies and compliance programs. This is a strategic IT leadership role, not a helpdesk position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage IT support for internal teams, including onboarding/offboarding and account access.
Lead device management: Windows laptops, Chromebooks, and mobile devices.
Oversee Google Workspace, RingCentral, Slack, and AWS cloud infrastructure.
Manage vendors/MSPs and ensure SLA adherence.
Implement IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and compliance programs.
Track IT performance metrics and drive operational improvements.
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years in IT operations or infrastructure management.
Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, RingCentral, Slack, and AWS.
Experience managing IT vendors/MSPs.
