Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to oversee secure, stable, and compliant IT operations for a US-based healthcare client. This role combines hands-on technical oversight with operational leadership, vendor governance, and service management.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in infrastructure, cloud environments, cybersecurity enforcement, SLA management, and managing large user environments.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily IT operations across infrastructure, cloud, and end-user environments
Manage external MSPs and ensure SLA compliance and service quality
Lead incident, problem, and escalation management
Enforce cybersecurity controls, data privacy, and compliance standards
Oversee user lifecycle management (onboarding/offboarding, access control, MDM)
Manage cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and collaboration tools (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace)
