About the Role

The IT Operations Engineer provides technical support, coordinates local technology requirements, and assists in delivering Business Solutions across the Area Office. This role ensures reliable daily IT operations, supports project initiatives, and trains users to effectively adopt technology tools and systems.
Provide timely hands‑on support for computers, software, operating systems, printers, copiers, phone systems, network devices, cabling, AV/VC systems, and collaboration tools.
Document, prioritize, evaluate, and coordinate local technology needs to support implementation of global Business Solutions.
Identify system or product improvement opportunities; assist in gathering requirements for new or enhanced solutions.
Oversee and support IT projects involving multiple technologies, teams, and locations.
Deliver remote and occasional in person technical training to employees, leaders, and end users.
