About the Role
Own day-to-day IT operational support (hardware/software requests, asset tracking, onboarding) and assist with manual software validation (checklist testing + bug reporting) for internal apps. Training and SOPs will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Handle IT requests (laptop/software/basic troubleshooting)
Support onboarding/offboarding: device setup, account/access setup (as instructed)
Manage IT assets: laptop assignment, asset register, tagging, tracking
Coordinate laptop purchase/repair: quotations, vendor follow-up, delivery tracking
Manage software licensing: tracking, renewals, assignment record
Collect app issues from users and write clear bug reports (steps + screenshots)
Perform checklist-based manual regression testing before releases
