About the Role
Responsibilities
- Provide operations and maintenance support for overseas business systems
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize application systems
- Resolve end-to-end system and data issues related to sales or business operations
- Handle daily IT support tickets and incident management
- Coordinate with business users, IT teams, and external vendors
- Support continuous improvement of system stability and performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Experience in IT operations, application support, or system maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-regional environment
- Fluent English communication skills
