The Opportunity The IT Onsite Support Specialist is responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of IT onsite services in the WSP Melbourne office and associated regional (IT Hub) offices. This includes providing a rapid and efficient resolution service for any issues, problems, requests and escalation to other IT support teams as needed.
