About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Provide onsite technical support for factory floor systems, including PCs, HMIs, printers, scanners, and industrial devices.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network connectivity, hardware failures, and software malfunctions.
Maintain and monitor production-critical systems, including MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), ERP terminals, and barcode systems.
Support Windows-based environments, Active Directory, and user account provisioning.
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure IT compliance with safety and production standards.
Perform routine maintenance and updates on factory IT assets, including firmware and software patches.
Document incidents, resolutions, and asset changes in the ITSM system (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
Assist with IT onboarding for factory personnel and provide training on basic tech tools.
Participate in disaster recovery planning, backup procedures, and system audits.
