Job Description
- Round-the-clockmonitoringandmaintenanceoftheSystem(hardwareandsoftware)toensuresystemuptime in accordance to SLA commitments
- Respondtoallincident/servicecallsandbefirstresponderonsitetotroubleshootandresolveincidents including basic repairs or parts replacements
- Create/updateandtrackticketinticketingtooltoclosureobservingSLAcommitments
- Escalate,whennecessary,inaccordancetoescalationmatrix
- Performregularpreventiveandcorrectivemaintenance,troubleshootingsystemhardwareandallcomputer-based systems.
- . hardware, software, network problems and etc. that may affect the proper functioning of the System.
- Liaiseandworkcloselywithcustomerstoaddressserviceconcernsandtosolvetechnicalproblems.
- Workwithtechnicalteamtoresolvemoreadvancedissueswhennecessary
- PerformInstall/Move/Add/Change(IMAC)activitiesastasked
- Ensureallmaterialisproperlydocumentedandhandedoverduringshiftchanges
