Role Overview
The Onsite / Field IT Support Engineer will provide hands-on technical support at client locations, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems while coordinating with remote IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, servers, printers, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end users
- Configure and support LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls
- Provide onsite technical support and maintenance at client locations
- Coordinate with remote IT teams for issue resolution
