IT Officer - Systems

Overview

Define simplified IT architecture, develop and support custom-built and point systems, and work closely with business and IT teams to ensure solutions are robust, secure, and future-ready. Own the current systems landscape, drive automation and integration opportunities, and deliver results with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and document business processes, identify gaps, and recommend technology-driven improvements.
• Define and maintain simplified IT architecture views covering applications, databases, middleware, APIs, and integrations.
• Design, develop, and support applications using Java, .NET, Microsoft platforms, Oracle scripts, SQL, and APIs.
• Work across web back-end and front-end layers, including deployment on MS Azure and development platforms.
