About the Role
Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with IT-related inquiries.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, CCTV, NVR, and other IT equipment.
- Install, update, and configure software applications and operating systems on employee devices.
- Work with the team to ensure the security of all VOIP devices and servers; provide support for VOIP telephone systems, including softphones and PBX.
- Maintain and troubleshoot network connections, including Wi‑Fi, VPN, firewall, and LAN setups.
- Apply knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, MS Teams Administration, and Office 365 Administration.
